What makes a useful observation condition?
Name one concrete workplace change and pair it with evidence you could actually observe. For example, instead of "communication improves," define who will do what, in which situation, and what repeated behavior would count.
Why can I add only three conditions?
The limit keeps the review focused on the few changes that would materially affect your experience. A long wish list is harder to observe and easier to reinterpret at the deadline.
Can I edit a condition after starting?
Not through the tool. The deadline, conditions, and evidence rules become read-only so the original standard cannot move. You may delete the entire record and start again, but that also removes every evidence item.
What should I record as evidence?
Record a concrete event, message, schedule change, action, or repeated pattern connected to the condition. The tool is for your own review, so distinguish what you observed from what you hoped or inferred.
Does the final result tell me whether to resign?
No. The outcomes show only how the conditions you set compare with the evidence you recorded. They are not a score, diagnosis, legal conclusion, or recommendation to stay or leave.
