About Meeting Bingo
Mark it during, autopsy it after
Pick a card by meeting length: 3×3 for a quick sync, 4×4 for a regular meeting, 5×5 with a free centre for the long one. Tap a square when it happens; tap again if you slipped. A full row, column or diagonal records the real minute the meeting flatlined, and you can keep marking until it ends. If you only think of it afterwards, choose "It already ended" and mark from memory.
Every square is evidence
Each square counts towards one of four kinds of damage — wasted time, missing decisions, scope creep and morale — and one of five weapons — the colour of each sticky note is its kind of damage, and the legend under the board counts them as you go. After the meeting you add the state of the body and its last words; the strongest pattern becomes the cause of death, the most frequent tactic the weapon, and density, lines and body state make up the damage score.
Quiet and private
It makes no sound, records nothing and never asks for what was actually said. A meeting in progress is kept only on this device so a reload doesn't lose it, and is cleared once the report is sealed.

How do you play Meeting Bingo online?
Pick the meeting length and press "The meeting is starting". Tap a square whenever it happens; a full row, column or diagonal means the meeting has flatlined. When it ends, press "End meeting", add the state of the body and seal the case to get the autopsy report.
What board sizes are there?
3×3 for a quick sync of about 15 minutes, 4×4 for a regular 30-minute meeting and 5×5 for an hour or more; the 5×5 centre is a free square. Each card is drawn from 36 things that really happen in meetings.
The meeting is already over. Can I still play?
Yes. Choose "It already ended" and mark what you remember, then do the autopsy. Without a live clock the time of death is listed as unknown, and the meeting length you picked is used as its duration.
How is the time of death worked out?
It's the real minute — counted from when you pressed start — at which your first line was completed, along with the square that finished it. If you unmark a square and break the line, it doesn't count.
Does it work for video calls?
Yes — several squares are made for them ("You're on mute", "Can you see my screen?", every camera off). Keep the card open in a browser tab or on your phone; it doesn't connect to Zoom, Teams or Meet.
Does it record the call or save anything?
No recording and nothing you have to type about the meeting. Only the card you're playing is kept on this device until you seal the report. A share link carries just your marks, the evidence you picked and the last words you wrote.
